I recently made friends on Twitter with an entrepreneurial young man named Kelsi Guidry who is a product tester and videoblogger who runs a site called mywants.tv. After we chatted a little, Kelsi bought one with the intention of testing it out on his site and presenting his unbiased opinion. To tell you the truth, I was a little nervous because I checked out some of his other videos and I knew he would be tough on us if we didn’t meet his expectations. Kelsi did a two part series on AirCut adding up to nearly 20 minutes of content. I have embedded the second part below where Kelsi actually cuts his hair with our product, but you are more than welcome to see the first part here.
The results were terrific. Kelsi provides an honest, uncensored, non-sponsored view of our product. Kelsi is our “man-on-the-street” reviewer, the everyday person just like you who used a product on camera because he believed in it and it delivered. Translation: We didn’t pay Kelsi a dime for this review, and he paid full price for his AirCut. The purpose of this blog post is actually for me to thank him for the review and showcase his talents as a product reviewer. It’s the least we could do. 🙂
He does note the weight as being a little heavy, which comes from the internal vacuum components, which becomes less of a factor once you master the technique and your haircuts get quicker. He also notes difficulty with seeing to cut the back of your hair, which can be solved with a couple of mirrors in the right places. Overall, you can see the difference in his hair, proving that the AirCut works great! Believe it, Kelsi does.
